#personalcare hello mera 24 nov ko delivery hui hai. abhi mera hairfall bahut ho rha hai. aur meri skin bhi bahut dull hui hai. pimples,oily, darkspot.

You should start applying Multani mitti and sandalwood paste mixed with curd on face twice or thrice a week and use aloe Vera gel and massage it at night time and use Vitamin C based sunscreen gel and eat protein rich foods and se onion seed oil abd mild shampoo

Hair fall after delivery is known as 'Telogen Effluvium' and usually persists for three to six months after delivery.
