ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. then you start exercise. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

The linea nigra is caused by pigmentation in the skin where your tummy muscles have stretched and slightly separated, to accommodate your baby as she grew .
