Q.

on day 7 tsb was 18 direct bilirubin 1.7,after phototherapy on 8 days tsb was 9.7, direct bilirubin is 0.8.but still look yellow on days 15 tsb was 12 and direct bilirubin is 1.3.now what to do?

A. That is still normal figure you should keep your child into indirect sunlight at least two times in the day for 30 to 40 minutes which will help in reducing the jaundice levels will help in increasing the vitamin D in the body and that is going to be very good for the child
