AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 1 m old boy2 days agoA. Hello mama White patches on face is due to dryness. skin gets dry in winters. Apply coconut oil or Vaseline or any other cream like ponds on the face. This will help to moisturise the skin and remove white patches
