As you are hardly three months postpartum make sure that you only do brisk walking and do not do any activity to put extra pressure on your abdomen. Don't use the belt for upto six months or so after c section.
Walk more
practice light yogasana
take sunbath daily
Use drinking water having TDS higher than 350
take Probiotics and fruits.
Eat couple of bites less than what you really want to
