If itching is there on the body, then apply coconut oil on the skin. This will help to moisturise the skin leaving it soft and smooth and give relief from itching.
Also make sure that u use good skin care products for ur baby. U can buy #Babyhugproducts that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
