Now my baby is 4 months old. Can I use cerelac to baby?

Hello WHO recommends exclusive breastfeeding for babies till completion of 6 months Nothing except mother's milk has to be given till this age If paediatrician advices. then formula milk can be given. Start home cooked foods instead of cerelac after 6 months.
