No cerelac is needed for 1 year baby..as the baby can eat many things at this age.

Yes of course you can actually give all the family food to the child so why do you need to give packaged food to the child anyways it is not considered healthy and you should stick to the regular food that you are giving that much benefiting for the growth of your child
