myself chaithu 30 years old if I take non veg immediately I will get itching on underarms what is the reason for that and what is the best treatment

A. hi, you need to check if you are allergic to any particular meat, white or red, as there are cases of skin rash after people consuming meat. consult a doctor for allergy test and then plan your diet accordingly.
