Q.

my wife recently delivered and a c-section we want to skip 2nd pregnancy for two or three years is it possible with out using any medicine

A. use effective contraceptive measures for child spacing. better consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required and start treatment as advised by your doctor
