My wife is pregnant and along with she is having cold. please suggest what to do.

She can take medicine of cold. No harm in that. Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc.
Have nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength. Let her rest. Don't take any stress.
