My wife is breastfeeding our five month old baby. Now she is having high blood pressure and doctor has prescribed Amlopres AT 25 tablets. Is this medicine safe for the baby ?

If Your doctor is aware about the fact that your wife is a nursing mother and still if he has given this medicines and I’m sure it would be the most appropriate medicine to be given to the mother plus these medicines really doesn’t make a difference to the child because BP and thyroid a very common issue these days and women have their medicines continuously during their pregnancy after their delivery as well
