my weight is 76 plsss... any tips my weight loss

A. For weight loss, you should eat mindfully and healthy. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Avoid processed and packaged foods and junk foods. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
