My twin babies are now nearing 4 months old..my question is that when vaccines are given for my babies can we apply any ointment for reducing the swelling in that injection site...

No need to apply any ointment..
Apply ice pack on the injected area to give relief from pain or u can give calpol drops to ur babies to get relief from pain.
If no pain, swelling will be fine on its own in few days
