A. Mumsy I don’t know how things work with you I would just like to tell you how I practice with my child and I’ve been doing it since she was three years old I don’t give the daytime nap to the child and I have enrolled my child into some other physical activity so she gets busy she gets tired so she automatically sleeps by 8 o’clock or 9 o’clock Max because she has to wake up by 630 in the morning so you also practise the same thing and check with the doctor if your child is having de of iron sometimes due to reaching puberty or in the process of reaching puberty can also be trouble some for the child and give regular counselling to the child talk to your daughter make your child understand how important it is going to the school how important it is to follow a schedule you know to talk to your child your child is very very sensible to understand
