my toddler 2 yr 9 month old has passed stool 5 times . what should I do . little bit cold no other symptoms

A. Maybe it is due to cold that your child is passing motion a couple of times in the day but if your child is not having loose motions currently then passing motion 4 to 5 times in a day completely normal days nothing wrong with that so need not worry about it
