A. Sinarist is a basic anti-allergic that you can give to the child three times in the day with a gap of eight hours each within 3 to 5 days a child should be better as this medicine is supposed to be given for minimum 3 to maximum five days only if your child doesn’t feel better after that also then you please consult your doctor for further assistance
