Regarding Speech  Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so tvhat he can learn to speak sentences properly.
if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need  to consult your doctor fofr a proper assessment of the child .

Hi Kids start to speak a little late so it’s okay don’t worry about that so as of now if you want you can take a guidance from a speech therapist to know if there is a delay or issue so according to the treatment is required but if your child is understanding everything then that’s a great sign
