Q.

My son is 8 months old. He has been eating solid foods recommended by his pediatrician and drinking water as well. However his motions become tight and always black or dark green in colour

A. hi, if you are giving irin drops than black n green stool ate normal. offer well cooked, soft, semi solid food. Add veggies n fruits in weaning food. Give sips of water after giving solids to avoid hard stool.

A. hi dear At eight months, bump up the amount of solids to six to eight ounces per meal, three times a day, with two two-ounce snacks in between, Narisety says. Remember: Baby still gets most of his nutrition from breast milk or formula
