My son is 6 year old today while passing urine i found something in it i am worried about it plzzzz suggest me what to do bit confused about it

Is it blood or something else that’s very difficult to figure out this way so I think it would be a good time for you to get a urine test done for your child as that way you will come to know if this is genuinely a problem associated with it or not
