Q.

My son is 4 years and 9 months old. He use to go school very early in the morning i.e. at 5:30 am by bus and travel 10 km to reach school so he use to wake up at 4:30 am and reached home by bus at 1:00 Pm.Because of the hectic schedule he sleeps very much and feel tired. As a parents what should I do and what is the problem?

Q. I have a 3.5 year old daughter. She has started going to school in Nursery class. Her school is 45 minutes away from home she goes by bus. I wake her up at 6:30 am and her bus leaves by approx 7:45 am, we have to get down by 7:30 am (she takes time to drink milk that's why I wake her little early). Her school ends at 11:30 am and she's back home by approx 12:45 pm. I make her sleep directly at 8 pm and she gets whole night rest. After Ramadan I'm planning to make her sleep earlier at 7 pm.
