Q.
my son is 3 years old now and is facing lot of constipation issues. daily we have to give him laxolite syrup then only after 2 days he pass motion. and while passing also he gets more pain he cries literally for half an hour and then clear his motion . his intake is also very less he don't eat food always he says no.. please suggest some good syrup so that he gets hungry to have food properly and please advise about his constipation

Mout powder is a good laxative you can use that as of now along with that try to include more of fibres and fluids in the diet in the night when your child goes to sleep start giving prune juice and apply some castor oil in the navel of your child and start the day with a glass of warm water
