Q.
my son is 2yr 9m old but he don't speak at all.he listens and understand everything but whatever we tell him to tell he don't open mouth just talk in action only.but he is active in everything except speaking.why is it so?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. I think it is going to be good for you to consult a speech therapist one time as they are going to have to examine the child to tell you there’s a problem with the speech of the child or why your child is not talking and what is needed to be done
