My son is 2yr 5 months old. He speaks just 2-3 words. He is not attentive. He doesn't look at us even when we call him loudly. But if we mute TV or mobile video, he recognises immediately.

A. good morning it is a classic problem of screen time I would recommend you to make sure that your minimise screen time of the child to maximum 1 hour throughout the rate should not be more than that
