my son is 2y6mon old he is getting fever for every 6 to 8 hrs complete urine examination is normal.wat might be the reason for his fever .can someone help

A. Hello, your baby boy is 30 months old and he is getting a fever for every 5/6 hours so he may be having either maleria,or typhoid infection and needs blood examined and then treatment
