At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit.

first thing,if child weighs around 8.5 to 12 kg then no need to worry about it much
height mostly determined by genetics and it keeps increasing as your child grow,so please don't take stress for this
give Healthy food items like different Millets, milk and milk based products,nuts, dry fruits etc for Healthy weight gain
