my son is 23 months old. but he is not getting weight and height what should we do

A. dear parent, for healthy weight gain and growth of your 23 months old child, Give top food 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between. Give nuts like almond, dry fruits. All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit. avoid intake of junk and packet foods

A. hi first thing,if child weighs around 8.5 to 12 kg then no need to worry about it much height mostly determined by genetics and it keeps increasing as your child grow,so please don't take stress for this give Healthy food items like different Millets, milk and milk based products,nuts, dry fruits etc for Healthy weight gain
