for good weight and health child should be having a balanced diet having all the food groups
you should be giving all the foods that you prepare in your house. Give top food 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between.
Give nuts like almond, dry fruits.
All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken.
At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit.
avoid intake of junk and packet foods
shashiMom of a 1 yr 11 m old boy1 week agoA. try some different food items like makhana kheer(dry roast makhana with some dry fruits, grind them and make powder then add milk or water and meal is ready to serve).
banana is also good option..
add one teaspoon clarified butter in his daily diet they are also good for baby growth..
atleast give two proper meal(vegitable + roti or paratha etc)...
give milk twice a day
