my son is 2 years 4 months old and he will not drink water at all whole day he will drink maximum 2 to 3 spoons of water. we tried all the juices types and normal water, different water bottles and straws. nothing works. could you please help me on this. due to less intake of water he will struggle a lot to poop. 4 or 5 days ge will not poop.

yes ,it is very important for a child to drink enough water.
for that , try to give water cup or glass with spoon to drink water ,it may help.
or try to offer water in different forms like soup, coconut water, buttermilk,lassi , nimbupani , jeggary sharbat etc
make sure your child should pass urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day
