my son is 2.6 yrs and suffering from cold and cough from last one week, tried using Active cold,T-minic syrup,Alex junior some other medicines which doctor suggested but nothing is working out,can you suggest some medication

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily.
give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation.z if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink.
give home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk. z
