my son is 1year six month, sometimes he is responding his name, he responds other sound and interacts well, understand everything whatever I said does not speak well

kids at this stage of age are very moody so as such there isn't any problem.
keep talking with your child more.
spend quality time with your child.
play different games, sing rhymes and read stories with your child.
it will help
but please don't force your child, don't expect perfection at a time.
avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets at this tender age.
