my son is 114 days old and he is 6.45 kg he is not achieved complete neck control partial control is there. Is it normal

A. dear Mum it is fine baby achieves head neck control by 4 to 6 months give tummy time helps follow the growth milestones with doctor during the routine visit exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete
