My son got cold due to sudden bath in cold water.he got severe cough and running nose what medicine shall I give he is 2 years and 2 months old

Sinarist junior or kids you can give to the child as of now this will help in controlling running nose you can give ginger juice and honey with a pinch of black pepper twice or thrice a day this will help in relieving cough apart from that giving nebulisation and steam indirectly will be very helpful
