my son got a swelling like this picture..water is getting from it..he is getting so itchy..what I need to do any solution?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good morning !! Its an skin allergy ,consult doctor General Physician or Dermatologist. Take necessary precautions avoid touching,rubbing the rash and touch other parts as the rashes might spread to other body parts wash hands immediately. Dont press or rub the rash .
