my son getting frequently cold

A. Hello good afternoon !! Give boiled water,warm water and avoid frozen foods and cold causing fruits - Banana, orange ,grapes ,curd during evening and nights . Put on winter wear or full sleeve clothes and sweater,caps to avoid cool breeze during the chill winter evenings,night.
