my son doing vamtings and loose motions plz help me how to slove this problem he is not eating only drinking water

if the child has got vomitng and diarrhoea together it can be because of the food poison and can be because of different reason but if it is more than 5 to 6 Times in 24 hours it will take to consult the pediatrician.
just give the child with breast milk lots of water, arrarrot porridge to reduce dehydration
