my sisters son is 4 years complete in oct'21, but still he is taking only celeal of nachni, upma, rava, and all fruits juices, he has some teeth issue of teeth decayed, that's why he can not chew any meal. plz sugget

do not ignore as the milk teeth are as important as the permanent teeth
