My pre schooler  is  getting cold in every 15 days?what can i do to help him

Cold most of the time is a  viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine  which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is done angyd  according to the type of cough its prescribed.
if any  fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the temperature and the dose can be repeated again after 6 hours  if required .

What else can we do to improve immunity . My son has good weight and height. Eat all kind of fruits, vegetables,milk, even non-veg n egg. Overall not a choosy or fussy eater. Almost everything this is fine we have checked with doctor.
