My period is 20 days late. When it was 10 days late, I took a pregnancy test, but the result was negative. I have been taking dienogest tablets for the past 3 months, for my endometriosis issue and I have had unprotected sex multiple times during this period. Now I’m confused about whether I could be pregnant or whether the delayed period is a side effect of the medicine. I’m thinking of taking another pregnancy test because I sometimes have mild abdominal cramps. Could you please advise me on what I should do and whether I should take another pregnancy test?
