U. I just doing it good you just have to apply normal pressure on to the body of the child otherwise if you put it hard then you can actually hurt your child so you should not be doing it just use a very gentle and nominal hand on the child your child should not cry otherwise your child would start heating it

it need to eb seen. Pediatric doctor should examine as it is difficult to advise for this without examining the baby . Further any medication according to the examination only . Also it may be required to have some test .
