Q.
my left side nipple is small in size comparing to my right side breast .my son is not feeding in left side breast.giving one side breast feeding is not good?what can I do for that

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. yes it is very commonly seen that the child will take breastfeeding from only one breast properly and will not be comfortable when taking breastfeeding from other breast.
it is very important to give breastfeeding from both the breast otherwise there will be abnormal increase in size of one breast and the other breast will be small.
see for proper position attachment while giving breastfeeding from other1 breast. you can take help of breastfeezding pillow as well as meet lactationx expert and see videos on youtube regarding position and attachment while breastfeeding x
