A. hi yes ,it is common to get during breastfeeding journey it happens when child prefer to take more feeds from one particular side. so try to give feeds from both sides. try to encourage your child by using different feeding positions. maintain skin to skin Contact while feeding your child which too help in this. massage your breast with warm coconut oil which stimulate your milk glands and increase your breastmilk supply. maintain good posture.
