My kid has umbilical hernia and it used to pop up very big after 15 days of his birth. Now he is almost 3 months old and is popping up a little. How long will it take for it to heal and become normal belly button?

with growing age it regresses and goes inside

it does not require any intervention or treatment before 2 years if it is non complicated.
meet your doctor once who will tell you whether any intervention or wait and watch policy is required.
