my kid 23.5months he not eating a single bite of anything drink only water if I give some food chew and spitt and drink water again

please check health issues like nutritional deficiency, worm infection, dehydration, teething, stomach problem like colic, indigestion or constipation.
keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture.
make food presentation attractive
for example
offer fruits in different shapes like star heart smiles etc using shape cutter.
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents
