Q.
I had my c section 3 months back , can I drink ajwain water now ? If yes , please suggest how much water should I drink with quantity and process of making water please.

Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually right now just try to avoid anything you can take ajwain water once in a while just had some ajwain into the water boiling water and you can take but in the same time you have to maintain everything like food intake also matters a lot
