My Grand daughter got first vaccination today does she require any kind of massage/ sikhayi after vaccination #Vaccination

No need to worry for pain, fever, swelling after vaccination.
Its common after vaccination
If baby is crancky , exessive cry, swelling and fever then
Give paracetmol drops to baby for 1-2 days
Fever, pain will decreases in next 1 -2 days
Don't apply anything over vaccination site
It cause decrease in the efficiency of given vaccine
Cont. to give feed as per demand
Keep ur baby well hydrated
Keep a watch on urine output
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day
Swelling will take it's own time to disappear.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. Hello I’m just going to advise you as of now you can rub some ice on the vaccination area and after that you can give paracetamol to your child if there is pain or irritation because that is going to help in settling the swelling down
