Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. please give delcon drops t the baby 0.5 ml 3 times a dayCold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby

Use saline nasal drops
Maintain hygiene
Give indirect steam inhalation
Give adequate feeding
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Wash hands often before touching your baby
