ExpertDr Arti SharmaPaediatrician8 years agoA. Do not worry it will get separated as baby grows When you are bathing your baby, gently wash the penis like rest of the body There is no need to clean inside the foreskin. There may be secretions at the end of the foreskin just gently clean it You need not force foreskin to retract just remove any secretion that is seen .

SantoMom of a 8 yr 8 m old child8 years agoA. The head of your newborn's penis will self-clean to some extent. Don't try to pull back his foreskin to clean it, as it’s still attached to the head of his penis, and you won't be able slide it back. Forcing his foreskin back may cause tearing, which can hurt your baby and leave scarring. It may also cause problems for your son later on.
