my doctor told me that fatty liver occurs when cholesterol is high. now I am eating oats daily. does it help to control cholesterol and fatty liver? pls guide me doctor

A. hello mom they are many factors that are responsible for it , and life style change is important so exercise for atleast 30 to 45 mins a day , prefer home cooked and high fibre bascially more on vegetables and fruits , avoid all animal foods such as milk can be limited have double tonned or skim milk, avoid cheese , mutton , egg yolk etc mainly cholestrol is present in all animal fats
