my daughter is extremely restless.... she is on a constant move. sometimes it becomes a matter of concern. could this be signs of adhd.

A. Hi parent please decrease your child screen time and encourage for physical activity like walking jumping skipping cycling etc please avoid all packed food and products with refined flour

A. hi usually it is normal. just offer homemade healthy food avoid giving extreme salty and sugary food keep your child well hydrated avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets at this tender age. I mean limit your child screen time it will help to calm down your child
