my daughter is 7 yrs old. but still teeth not falling out. what is the reason please suggest

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 2 m old boy2 months agoA. Hello mama teeth will fall between 6-12 Years and the permanent teeth will start to come. wait for some more time. milk teeth will start to fall. also maintain oral hygiene.
